What we collect

Account data: your email address and name (from Google sign-in) and, if you verify one, your work email. Used to operate your account, allowances and team features.
Usage data: the scans and product checks you run (target store/product, results, timestamps), support chat messages, and technical logs — used to provide history, improve the Service, and follow up about your results.
Verification codes: work-email addresses that request a code are stored with a hashed code (codes expire in 10 minutes).
Payments: processed by Paddle as merchant of record — we receive transaction references and the pack purchased, never your card details.

What we do NOT do

No advertising trackers, no sale of personal data.
Scans read public storefront signals only — the Service never accesses private store data.
We may contact you about your scan results and our products (you can opt out any time).

Where data lives

Data is stored on Google Cloud (EU/US regions) — account data in a managed database, analytics events in our data warehouse. Email delivery uses Resend. Sign-in uses Google OAuth. Payment processing uses Paddle.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time: info@ucpfluent.com. Deletion removes your account, history, and analytics rows tied to your identity.
