Refund Policy

Credit packs are consumed as you run scans (store scan = 1 credit, product check = 3 credits). Because each scan performs paid third-party work the moment it runs, used credits are non-refundable — the service has been delivered.

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase — email info@ucpfluent.com from your account address with the purchase reference and we’ll refund the unused portion pro-rata through Paddle (our payment provider and merchant of record). Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

If a scan visibly failed on our side (an error, not a result you disagree with), tell us — we re-run it or re-credit it. That’s independent of the 14-day window.
