UCP // FLUENT SCANNER
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. Who we are
The UCP Fluent Agentic Readiness Scanner (“the Service”, scan.ucpfluent.com) is operated by Aurina AI LLC, a company registered in Georgia, doing business as UCP // Fluent (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@ucpfluent.com.
2. What the Service does
The Service reads publicly available signals of e-commerce storefronts you ask it to scan (pages, structured data, robots.txt, public catalog endpoints) and live answers from third-party AI systems, and produces a readiness report. Reports are point-in-time, best-effort observations: they describe what we could measure from outside, not guarantees about how any AI system will rank, recommend, or sell any product. Signals we cannot observe are excluded, never guessed.
3. Accounts and fair use
Running scans requires an account (Google sign-in or a verified work email). You are responsible for activity under your account. You may only scan stores you operate, represent, or have a legitimate business interest in evaluating. Automated scraping of the Service, resale of raw reports without permission, or attempts to bypass allowances are prohibited. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
4. Free allowances, credits and payments
New accounts receive free scan allowances. Additional usage is paid via credit packs(a store scan consumes 1 credit; a product check consumes 3). Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record — Paddle handles the checkout, invoicing and applicable taxes; we never see or store your card details. Credits have no cash value outside the Service and are non-transferable. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Third-party AI systems change constantly; a result observed today may differ tomorrow. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on reports.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: info@ucpfluent.com.
